As the Team Leader and developer, you will beresponsible for overseeing a growing team of developers and delivering marketleading solutions.
Providing technical leadership, you will ensurethe delivery of short, medium and long term milestones along a developmentroadmap. Responsible for mentoring your development team, you will ensure alldevelopment work is delivered on time and to budget.
Your duties will include:
- managing onshore and offshore development usingAgile and Scrum
- helping to choose a mix of development resourcesfrom an appropriate mix of in-house, external, offshore and local talent
- acting as a technical gatekeeper for yourproduct
Whilst not essential, experience of developing forthe Symbian platform would be beneficial, as would any Android or Blackberrydevelopment experience.
