If you are an experienced Senior TechnicalProfessional with a thirst for more administrative responsibilities, consideradvancement to the Principal Technical Professional level. The expectations andrequirements unique to the job are yours to communicate to field personnel, forwhom you will have both remote and direct supervisory responsibilities. Educatepersonnel on the specifics of operations and of any potential related risks.Work closely with the appropriate Sales Representatives to keep them up tospeed on the project. Ensure all necessary equipment is available and fullyoperational. Visit the rig site as required for preparation of work, to conducttraining, and to provide on-location guidance to Field Service Representativesand Service Supervisors. Ensure that a post-well audit is delivered to the clientin a timely manner - and prepare for rewarding possibilities.


The Baroid Fluids Coordinator for Chevron BarrowIsland (Australia) will:
-Superviseengineering and execution of the fluids for a drilling program including fivehigh-profile CO2 injection wells - their successful completion will be on thecritical path to the start of the world's largest carbon sequestration projectto date
-Oversee deployment of a customized inhibitivewater-based fluid system, the first of its kind used in Australia
-Help to optimize solids control efficiency andwaste handling methods to minimize the associated costs and impact
-Support the commitments of Halliburton andChevron to preserve the fragile Island environment
-Be a part of the growing Baroid PSL in WesternAustralia, based in Perth-Relocation is required.



Skills required:

Abachelors degree is preferred for this position. Requirements include a minimumof two years experience in the Senior Technical Professional role, includingmanagement experience.Halliburton is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
