Job Description
Archibat HR Asia is looking for a FF&E MANAGER for anAMERICAN CREATIVE DESIGN COMPANY with focus on hospitality design industry.
Manages Specification Department overseeingfurnishing, fixtures and electrical to ensure compliance to qualityconstruction standards. Create, organize, and plan effective internal andexternal communications, policies and procedures regarding spec writing,contracts and flag codes compliance.
• 10% Effectively manage company Furnishing,Fixtures and Equipment department
• 20% Source FF&E policies and procedures toensure compliance
• 10% Develop, review and modify contracts forcompany to ensure maximum company financial gain
• 10% Ensure specifications are in compliance withinternational, local and national operator standards and codes
• 5% Main liaison with clients requestingproposals and supplemental services
• 5% Provide project team leads with clearunderstanding of contract scope
• 20% Develop and maintain procedures utilized byspecification writing team
• 10% Ensure purchasing department has effectivecost for budget
• 10% Perform other duties as required bymanagement or project deadlines

Position Requirements
Skills / Qualification required:
• Requires 5-7 years knowledge of design principles and theability to interpret design concepts and layouts• Expert knowledge of multiple design brandsstandards
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in area ofspecialty and 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Preferred)
• Expert knowledge of commonly-used concepts,practices, and procedures within industry specifications
• 3 years contract development experience
• 3 years specification writing experience
• Good computer skills with advanced knowledge MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint
• Requires up to 20% international travel,including over night and extended stay
• Requires up to 20% China travel, including overnight and extended stay
Minimum Educational Level required: Bachelor
