PTTEP Australasia is a subsidiary of PTT Explodation and Product Public Company Ltd (PTTEP) , Thailand's national petroleum exploration and production company. PTTEP is one of the Thailand's largest publicity-listed companies, with more than 43 projects globally.
The Australian operation is focused on delivering the Montara FPSO in 2012, completing an extensive 12 month drilling program in the Timor Sea, and appraising and developing existing assets. PTTEP Australia participates in 21 petroleum titles in Australia and employs over 200 people. Our offshore activities are supported from our office in West Perth and a Logistics base in Darwin.
You will be required to coordinate, assist and provide technical support to PTTEP Australia's offshore facilities for all electrical and instrumentation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering and integrity support for the all electrical, instrumentation and control equipment and system for all PTTEP Australia's facilities
- Ensure that the integrity and reliability of the facility's electrical, instrumentation and control equipment and systems are maintained.
- Coordinate the activities of external engineering and other support services providers
- Progress engineering changes for the facility's electrical, instrumentation and control equipment and systems acting as the engineering focal point
Skills required:
- Bachelor degree of Engineering (Electrical)
- 5-10 years of operations and / or design experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
