R & D Manager
R & D ManagerResponsibilities:
- To coordinate overall new project including production, start-up, transfer of new model & new tooling development.
- Problem solving and quick response on complaint if any.
- To lead and provide management and technical expertise in maximizing production efficiency and maintaining high quality of product.
- Station in Guangdong, accommodation is provided.
Requirements:
- Degree or Higher diploma or above in mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years or above management experience in tooling/modeling making or stepped punching molding.
- Familiar with usage and ingredients of the steel materials.
- Familiar with locks industry will be preferable.
- Knowledge in AutoCad, Solidwork or ProE preferred.
- Good communication skull in written & spoken English, and Mandarin.
